At Sep & Emma, we believe fashion should be fun and carefree. That’s why we do everything we can to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience. If an item doesn’t quite suit you, we’re here to help you resolve it easily.

Return Period

You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The item is unworn and unused
• The item is in its original condition
• All labels and packaging are still intact

Requesting a Return

Would you like to return an item? Please send an email to info@sepemma.nl with your order number. We will guide you step by step through the return process.

Return Costs

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We recommend sending your return with a track & trace code so you can always follow where your package is.

Exchanges

Prefer to receive a different size or variant? That’s possible. Please indicate in your email that you wish to exchange, and we will arrange it for you.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need extra time to make the amount visible in your account.
