Shipping policy

Ordering a new outfit should feel just as good as wearing it. That’s why at Sep & Emma, we ensure your order arrives quickly, clearly, and hassle-free. From the moment you place your order to delivery at your home, we keep the process straightforward and reliable.

We cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands and Italy. So, you only pay for your favorite items, with no extra surprises at checkout. Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands and Italy. Every order is carefully checked and neatly packed before it is shipped.

Shipping from China

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Since this is international shipping, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Sep & Emma.

Delivery times at a glance

  • Processing: 1–2 business days before your order is shipped (Mon-Fri)
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (Mon-Fri)
  • Total delivery time: usually within 4–9 business days

Orders are processed daily until 5:00 PM CET, Monday through Friday.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. This allows you to easily track where your order is and when you can expect it.

We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. During busy periods or due to external circumstances, delays may sometimes occur. If that happens, we will keep you informed as best as possible.
